You will be able to view your policy on the Shopee and ShopeePay App, under View E-policy, following the path below:

2. Is there a waiting period to be able to submit a Personal Accident Insurance claim?
No. For Personal Accident Insurance, all coverage benefits come into effect immediately upon the policy's effective date.
3. How do I make a claim for the Personal Accident Insurance?

4. What are the documents required to support a claim?

5. When do I have to notify Zurich or Allianz of a claim?
Personal Accident Insurance (Zurich General)
All claims must be submitted within 14 days of the date the accident occurred, giving rise to the claim.

You must notify Allianz in writing within thirty (30) days from the date of the accident.
6. What is the processing time for claims?

7. When will my policy be terminated?
Personal Accident Insurance (Zurich General)
The policy will be terminated automatically on the policy/certificate of insurance expiry date, or the date a claim is made on the accidental death & personal disablement benefit, whichever is earlier.
